Counselling
Our operating model avoids expensive overhead costs and allows us to offer high quality counselling and life coaching for very competitive rates. For new clients, we offer a special rate for the first eight sessions.

*All above fees are in Canadian currency and include taxes. A standard counselling session consists of 50 minutes for counselling and 10 minutes for the counsellor to complete clinical notes.

Life Coaching
Life coaching integrates various methods of communication online, in-person or over the phone. The flat rate is $70/hr.
