Using specific techniques, the coaching process helps clients define and achieve their goals faster and with more ease than would otherwise be possible.
In accordance with the client’s lifestyle and schedule, a life coach will work with the client using the following mediums: - In-person meetings at a mutually agreed on location(s)
- Secure online e-mailing and/or live messaging dialogue
- Over the phone
Steps to Begin Life Coaching

A life coach from easyCounselling will return your e-mail or phone message within 24 hours to discuss your situation, further explain the life coaching process, and plan next steps.
Step 3: Payment
We accepts any of the following methods of payment: - Employee Benefits: Check to see if you're employee benefits cover life coaching.
- Cash or cheques: Cash, money orders or cheques are accepted at the beginning of in-person appointments or can be mailed in advance of online and phone services. Please note: easyCounselling must receive the client’s payment before a life coach will proceed working with that client.
- Credit card: VISA, MasterCard, or American Express payments can be made using a secure, safe, and widely used online payment system called Pay Pal. Pay Pal is the payment system used by popular sites such as eBay. Please note: easyCounselling must receive the client’s payment before a life coach will proceed working with that client.
